Our company starting business in security systems since 2009 and is staffed by people with many years of experience and technical training.
Our main clientele includes businesses, companies, offices, shops, service stores, rooms to let, hotel units and private homes.
Our company, DS Group is one of the few companies in the field of installation and sale of security systems that has an operating license Private Security Services Company (ΙΕΠΥΑ) by the competent department of the Ministry of Citizen Protection with a License Number 3015/39/60/2730-ε’.
The company, the administrative and technical staff also have a relevant license to practice, thus ensuring a high level of services and reliability to our customers.
In 2014, we wanting to develop our services but also to grow our business in the trade of electronic and technology products, we create a well-equipped technical department for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of electronic items, technology products and industrial electronic devices, combining the above with the use of new applications and infrastructure of the latest technology has started a new era for us.
Thus, in 2014, our first store was open in Ilioupolis, Athens, where our technical department, the support department, the sales department of our company and an exhibition of consumer electronic products operate.
In 2016 our company invested in the creation of a fully modernized online store (e-shop) for the sale of electronic items and technology products throughout Greece and Cyprus.
Nuera.gr is an electronic department store of electronic and technological products with more than 650 products categories, it is designed with the aim of the best and safest service of our customers as we use new technology Servers located in a branded Data Center of Germany as well as all data and its pages are encrypted using SSL / TLS security.
In 2019 we have made new investments in order to automate several processes of supply, handling and storage of goods, both in the Logistics warehouses we work with and in our store, in order to be able to serve, on the one hand, the increased workload of DS Group (study, design, installation and support of Onsite and InHouse security systems, networks, call centers, etc.) and on the other hand the daily movement of goods - orders in Greece and Cyprus for Nuera.gr customers with greater speed and security.
In 2020 we change the way our ERP system is interconnected with the courier companies that we work with for the faster transfer of datas, in order to eliminate the delays in the packaging and shipping of goods throughout the territory.
Unfortunately, since the beginning of 2020, due to Covid-19, this global pandemic that has affected the entire planet, has affected both the Greek and the International market, so the result has been difficulties with the availability of certain products and they are not available in Greek market. We also encountered difficulties with the transportation and handling of goods and orders during the first (1st) Lockdown as the workload was quite high, both for us and for the transport companies we work with.
In order for our customers and our partners to be served, we created solutions for the handling and transportation of goods, mainly with our own vehicles in order to make deliveries within Attica region, almost immediately and in some cases even on the same day.
Of course, as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was not to carry out Projects that we had studied and planned to implement within the year in projects of our clients in various parts of Greece as our company is active in the area of Ho.Re.Ca, a branch which was dramatically affected by Covid-19.
We wish the new year to bring health and prosperity to all of us so that these Projects can continue and we can all return to normalcy, immediately.
